Practicing life..until I get it right. I am a yoga and fitness teacher.  I used to work in a lab without windows in Houston Texas, but after 13 years my husband and I came to our senses and we moved back home to Oregon where the air is clean, the living is good, and we sleep with the windows open in the summer.

It has taken me 20 years to figure out what I want to do with my life. Yoga has helped in that regard, immensely. During this time? I married the love of my life, met my birthmother and sister, lost my mom, regained my father, laughed, cried, hoped, dreamed, failed, learned, grieved, refocussed, and transformed.
